Wall mounted benches are nice when you are sure the spot you place it in will be its permanent home. Small entryway benches would be one example. During inclement weather, children and adults alike can bring a lot of debris into the home. Having a wall mounted bench just inside the doorway, will give one the opportunity to sit and remove muddy or wet shoes. The wall mounted bench often has a hinged lid that can be lifted up and many of these items can be stored away. During winter months there is no place better for the storage of scarves, mittens, or gloves. Small foyer benches can certainly work for many purposes.
Nonetheless, dips are one of the most important chest related exercises to build muscle. The theory here is simple, dips focus their attention on the lower, stronger portion of the chest and can be trained quite heavy. Building up your lower chest will enable you to get the initial drive to push the bar off your sternum and into the air. The decline bench does the same thing. For a weak bottom of your bench it is simple, build up strength in the bottom of your pecs. Heavy, power and strength rep ranges should be incorporated, think 3-6 reps per set.
While most benches aren't usually moved, it's good to think whether you really want the bench staying where it is forever. Concrete benches for example can't be moved so you should plan their location well. If you are not sure about it, pick wooden or metal benches and don't fix them permanently to the ground with concrete.
