Outdoor benches are typically installed once and not moved for years. That's why one of the most important criteria when is their solidity and longevity. Benches made of too thin parts are likely to break up after some time of using. Steel benches that are not well treated will rust and untreated wooden benches will rot.
On the other hand the largest bench isn't always the best. You should consider the space you have and where the bench will be located, and make sure it will fit well. This is really important for indoor benches.
First, foam rolling relieves tension built up in your body. When you bench press (and lift heavy in general) you want to get the most out of your muscles, you want everything working in sync and at their maximum, this goes for your legs as well as your upper body. By foam rolling your IT band, inner quad sweep, glutes, and calves you are preparing yourself for maximum effort from your leg drive. By loosening and releasing tension and stress in your lower body you are allowing yourself the ability to use your leg drive as effectively as possible.
What owners of them should not do is they should not bleach to clean the benches. Bleaching may lead to creating cracks. To wash redwood, cedar, or teak shower benches, use of mild soap and warm water could be the best consideration as they can wipe mold and mildew completely. Make sure the products are dried after use each time.
