Don't put too much benches at once - start with 2-3 and see how they look and whether you use them enough. Then you can add more. Depending on the size of your garden you may want to have between 2 and a dozen of outdoor benches.

The Tate press is a great finishing exercise for your bench training days. The Tate press simulates a bench press but only engages your triceps. We still want to go heavy here, but not quite as much, think 8-10 reps per set.
